The Mt. Washington Auto Road is now open to treeline, but the Road Crew is still hard at work opening the rest of the Road. For the details, check out the Road Blog.

Things are looking up.
The sun is finally out after a very soggy last week, and things are drying up and opening up on the Road. Barring a radical and wet change in the forecast, we will be offering Guided Tours to the summit this weekend.
We may be able to open for you to drive your own vehicle, but this morning it's too early to tell. The Road above the 6 Mile post only has one lane open. More work still needs to be done to open this section for two way traffic, which would allow us to open fully. The weather this week may cooperate, but it's a lot of work to do in just four days. If we can get this section fully graded, we will be able to open for you to drive your own car to the summit. Keep your fingers crossed. Either way, you should be able to ride a Stage to the top.
As always, everything on the Road is weather permitting, so please check back before you make your plans.
