Pro rider and hillclimb specialist Cesar Grajales made an appearance at the local Louis Garneau store prior to Saturday's Newton's Revenge - the bicycle hillclimb up Mt Washington.  Cesar is no doubt hoping for some reasonable weather to welcome him to his first competition on the Rockpile.
