The first week is in the books. Great to see so many familiar faces. And, also great to see a bunch of new faces. Did we see your face? If not, where were you?

Eli has put together a tough course, but it's a great tour of the trail system.

In case you're wondering, I shot that while I was warming up. Not during my race.

Of course I can understand how you can make noises when you run, but how do you get your sneakers to sqeal like that on the dirt? Do you have the brand new New Balance Shoe or something?

You really wouldn't want to hear the noises I make when I'm running.
