How NOT to rollerski.

For die-hard cross country skiers, off season training is important. And that training often includes rollerskiing. However, in most cases, the training does not include blatant stupidity. Here's one case that is just blatantly stupid.

At least he was wearing a helmet.

Be safe this summer, kids.
